Doelstelling
De stichting heeft volgens haar statuten tot doel mensen te helpen bij het studeren in groepen, zowel lokaal als internationaal, specifiek bij bijbelstudies, en studiegroepen in welke vorm dan ook te ondersteunen. De stichting beoogt het algemeen nut en heeft geen winstoogmerk.
De stichting wil bijbelse studiematerialen toegankelijk maken voor mensen en groepen van alle nationaliteiten en denominaties. Zij richt zich op vertaling, publicatie, verspreiding en praktische ondersteuning van bijbelstudie.
Hoofdlijnen beleidsplan
De stichting vertaalt, publiceert en verspreidt bijbelse studiematerialen; ondersteunt bijbelstudiegroepen; bezoekt groepen; biedt waar passend financiële of praktische ondersteuning; en werkt aan internationale toegankelijkheid van studiemateriaal. Materialen worden voornamelijk tegen kostprijs aangeboden en kunnen ook gratis worden verspreid. De inkomsten bestaan voornamelijk uit donaties en giften, aangevuld met inkomsten uit de verkoop van materialen.
Bestuur
Het bestuur bestaat uit vier bestuurders. Functies: voorzitter Cor Jan Zee, secretaris/penningmeester Lorette Zee, bestuurder Adrie Dumaij, bestuurder Frank van Pomeren. Bestuurders ontvangen geen beloning voor hun werkzaamheden; redelijke kosten kunnen overeenkomstig de statuten worden vergoed.
Beloningsbeleid
Bestuurders ontvangen geen beloning voor hun werkzaamheden. Redelijke kosten die zij maken in de uitoefening van hun functie kunnen worden vergoed. Voor eventueel personeel wordt een afzonderlijk beloningsbeleid gehanteerd dat passend is bij de werkzaamheden en de financiële positie van de stichting.

Objective
Stichting Kingdom Call Ministries aims to help people study in groups, locally and internationally, specifically through Bible studies, and to support study groups in any form. The foundation serves the public benefit and has no profit motive.
The foundation aims to make Bible study materials accessible to people and groups of all nationalities and denominations. It focuses on translation, publication, distribution and practical support for Bible study.
Policy plan highlights
The foundation translates, publishes and distributes biblical study materials; supports Bible study groups; visits groups; provides appropriate financial or practical assistance; and works to make study materials accessible internationally. Materials are generally offered at cost and may also be distributed free of charge. Income consists mainly of donations and gifts, supplemented by income from the sale of materials.

The board consists of four directors. Positions: chair Cor Jan Zee, secretary/treasurer Lorette Zee, director Adrie Dumaij, director Frank van Pomeren. Directors receive no remuneration for their work; reasonable expenses may be reimbursed in accordance with the articles of association.
